Tracie Gordon, CRA – Owner/Principal
Owner Since 2016, Tracie is a Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and Real Estate council of Alberta. I have completed a wide range of residential appraisals which include acreage and recreational properties, single family dwellings and condominium. I have full CRA accreditation and approved to do appraisals for most financial institutions and lenders. I also specialize in foreclosure, bankruptcy, matrimonial and relocation appraisals. Business is conducted in Edmonton and surrounding area.
Richard Sager, CRA
Rick has been with Hagan Appraisal Services since 1988 and has extensive knowledge and experience of the greater Edmonton and area real estate market. Services include Appraisals for the purpose of mortgage financing, litigation, estates, foreclosure, bankruptcy, divorce, marketing and division of real property assets. Granted Expert Witness status through the Alberta Court of Queens Bench.
Melissa
Melissa started working with Hagan Appraisal Services in 2023 as a Candidate Appraiser. Before joining the appraisal industry, her previous work experience focused mostly within different areas of Project Coordination but her interest in real estate led her towards a career change and becoming a Candidate Appraiser for the AIC. She is focused on completing her CRA designation and expanding her appraisal portfolio throughout Edmonton and the surrounding area.
